Bowness Park River Float
Since it was COVID time, there was a lot of people in this river since it was one of the activities allowed. It was me, Nat, and Christian heading out for what turned out to be a fantastic 3-hour paddle.
Pulling this off required some logistical planning. We needed two cars from departure to arrival, so we parked Nat's car downtown, and then we drove in my car to Bowness Park where we departed from. We actually still had to buy an oar since we didn't have one.
When it came to navigating the water, Christian was the captain since he had the most experience. I took on the role of Driver 1 (in yellow), and Nat was Driver 2.

🌊 River Sights & Sounds
- I remember a man swimming with his 2 dogs without equipment; his backyard was attached to the river which he and his dogs just dove into.
- We also passed a Spanish group being very fun and loud with the largest JBL speaker on the river.
